Who we are

ISC Labs provides Content Intelligence, a hosted service that indexes content you choose and answers searches over it. This policy covers both this website and the service.

What we collect

• Account information — name, email address and organisation, used to operate your account and contact you about it.
• Billing information — handled by Stripe. We store a customer reference and your billing email; we never see or store full card details.
• Content you index — the pages, fields and metadata you select on your own site.
• Service usage — search queries, result counts, which results were clicked, response times and token consumption. These power your analytics and your usage-based billing.

What leaves your site, and when

When you index, we receive the content you selected — typically a page's title, body, URL, publication date and the taxonomies or custom fields you configured. When a visitor searches, we receive the query. Requests from your site include your site URL and API key so they can be attributed to your account. You control exactly which post types and fields are included, and you can clear your index at any time.

How your content is used

Your content is stored in an index isolated to your account and used solely to answer your searches, generate AI overviews and produce your analytics. We do not use your content to train models, and we do not share it with other customers.

Subprocessors

We use the following providers to deliver the service:

• Anthropic — generates AI overviews and summaries from your content at request time.
• Railway — application and database hosting.
• Cloudflare — DNS, CDN and access control.
• Vercel — hosting for this website.
• Stripe — payment processing.
• Clerk — account authentication.

Retention and deletion

Indexed content is retained until you remove it or close your account. Clearing your index deletes the indexed copy of your content. Usage records are retained for billing and analytics. On account closure we delete your index and your content; billing records are kept as long as required for tax and accounting purposes.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your data — from your dashboard where available, or by contacting us. If you are in a jurisdiction with statutory data-protection rights, such as the UK or EU, those rights apply and we will honour them.
